1.  Vending space size - 10Ft. x 10 Ft. Accessible to electricity but bring your own extension cords,
2.  Lighting is intimate to normal, not broad daylight
3.  Bring backdrops and hanging apparatus if you need to
4.  Tables and chairs are provided
5.  Cost: $65 per 10 x 10 space
6.  The space is clean and well ventilated; the Elks Lodge is handicap accessible with ramps at one entrance, bring rolling hand carts; a well staffed kitchen is on the premises, serving a limited selection of hot and cold short order lunch items/ drinks, reasonably priced - $20 should do it for both days.
7.  Deadline:  ASAP or Feb 15th , 2010

     We are fast approaching our busiest time of the year - getting ready for our 2010 Quilt Show!  All members are asked to participate on one of the many committees.  See the Committee List below and contact one of the Committee people to join that committee.  We need your input, drive, & committment!!  Meetings will be organized at Laurie's house.

      Please print the above "PDF show flyers"  to distribute to your local quilt shops and at shows that you frequent and consider printing some for sister guilds that you belong to.  Public Relations can be done by all of us, so please help.  Contact Laurie V.
